1. ExpediterQualification:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in same position
• Having experiences in Oil & Gas Industry.
2. Construction EngineerQualification:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in Oil and Gas Industry in same position
B. Corporate :
1. Principal Project DepartmentQualification:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent with Commercial, Risk or Legal Management Education or Training.
• Minimum of 10 (Ten) years working experience, and or direct experience in the execution of 1Billion USD sized or High Commercial Risk Projects in manager level position
• Direct project execution in Oil and gas, Petrochemical and Power Plant
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa and English, verbal, oral and written
• Able to perform interdisciplinary checks and possess basic leadership skills.
• Critical thinking skills with extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Ability to manage the risk, quality and project progress to meet quality standards
• Ability to understand about project execution in accordance with the contract and the project’s HSE, quality, schedule and financial goal
2. Principal PipingQualification:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 20 (twenty) years working experience, with 10 years as Senior / Lead Piping Engineering with direct experience in detail engineering of 1Billion USD sized or High Commercial Risk Projects.
• Direct project execution in Oil and gas, Petrochemical and Power Plant
3. Electrical Head of DepartmentQualification:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 20 (twenty) years working experience, with 10 years on same position with direct experience in detail engineering of 1Billion USD sized or High Commercial Risk Projects.
• Direct project execution in Oil and gas, Petrochemical and Power Plant
