Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the positions as follows:
URGENTLY REQUIRED:
Site Manager
Qualifications:
1. Minimum S1 with Mechanical or Civili Engineering background.
2. Minimum 10 years experience in building maintenance work.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in oil and gas facility construction an d/ or mining.
4. Knowledgeable of contract budgetary management and resource allocations.
5. Must conduct overall management coordination and be the point of contact with company’s reperesentative for performance of all work under this agreement.
6. Must prossess authority to act on behalf of contractor’s.
Supervisor
Qualifications:
1. Minimum D3 with Mechanical, civil or electric engineer background.
2. 5 years experience in buliding maintenance.
3. 3 years exprience in the same position in oil and gas facility and/or mining.
4. Has experience as maintenance supervisor in AC, Refrigeration, Kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, water heater, electrical works, and incinerator, WWTP (Waste water treatment plant), able to review shop/technical drawing and to analyze and solve the problem. Supervisor shall have capability of safety knowledge and fully understand of safety regulation and stadndart.
5. A strong background in maintenance and construction.
Safety Coordinator
Qualifications:
1. Minimum D3 safety in K3 or technical background and have minimum 5 years experience in industrial safety fields including 3 years minimum in oil and gas construction/production and/or mining related fields.
2. Hold K3 migas inspector.
3. Previous experience as safety coordinator.
4. A strong background in safety codes of Practices and Standards (OSHA, NFPA, Safety laws, etc) and Government of indonesia laws of safety and environment.
5. Knowledgeable and experienced in developing and implementing safety health and evironmental program.
Project Control/Planner
Qualifications:
1. Minimum S1, preferably in Mechanical or civil engineering with 5 years experience in a project cotrolling, planning and scheduling role in similar position.
2. Extensive familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications and scheduling software.
3. An understanding of a good method of preparing an estimate.
4. Ability to do careful and accurate calculations.
5. Ability to collect, classify and evaluate data that would be useful in estimating.
6. Experite in project control and administration systems.
7. Person must be dedicated to this contract.
Electrical & Instrumentation
Qualifications:
1. 7 years experience in instrument calibration, electrical installation and hook-up work.
2. 5 years experience in oil and gas production faiclity construction or maintenance.
3. Must be able to read drawings and specifications and ensure work is complted to applicable stadnarts
4. Familiar with applicable electrical codes and standards.
Engineer (Civil / Electric)
Qualifications:
1. 5 years experience in a civil / electrical engineer
2. 3 years experience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance.
3. extensive familiarty with computer spreadsheet applications and scheduling software.
Administrations
Qualifications:
1. 2 Years experience in similar position.
2. Familiar with filling document incoming mail and outgoing mail, small cash management.
Clerk
Qualifications:
1. 2 years experience in similar position.
2. familiar with record and process the time sheet, work order and compile HSE document.
Logistic and Warehouse Man
Qualifications:
1. 2 years experience in similar position.
2. familiar with stock management and distribution of equipment or supplies and implementation and control of goods and services and control of goods and services procurement activities.
Foreman
Qualifications:
1. 5 years experience in related field.
2. 2 years ecperience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance.
3. must be able to read drawings and specifications and ensure work is completed to applicable standards.
Skill Technician
Qualifications:
1. 7 years experience in building utility work
2. 5 years experience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance.
3. Familiar with applicable in HVAC and electrical codes and standards.
Cutter Grass
Qualifications:
1. 3 years experience in simillar position
2. Familiar with safety procedure in oil and gas operations.
